Rental Property Cleaning
General Interior Cleaning:
• Dust all surfaces, including shelves, light fixtures, and baseboards.
• Clean and sanitize windowsills, blinds, and window tracks.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and wipe clean any upholstered furniture.
• Mop hard floors (tile, hardwood, laminate).
• Clean and sanitize all doorknobs, light switches, and handles.
Kitchen Cleaning:
• Clean countertops, backsplashes, and cabinets (inside and out).
• Wipe down and sanitize appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
• Clean and disinfect the sink and faucet.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins, disinfect the bin lids.
Bathroom Cleaning:
• Scrub and disinfect the toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower.
• Wipe down mirrors and any glass surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize countertops, shelves, and cabinets.
• Empty trash and sanitize bins.
Stock bathroom with supplies provided by owner
Bedroom and Living Areas:
• Dust and wipe down all furniture, including nightstands, dressers, and tables.
• Clean any mirrors or picture frames.
• Vacuum and clean floors, including under furniture.
Laundry Area (if applicable):
• Clean washer and dryer surfaces, including any vents.
• Wipe down shelves or storage areas.
• Sweep or mop the floor.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
• Remove any cobwebs from ceilings and corners.
• Dust air vents.
• Wipe down interior doors and trim.
